I just installed the Amp Research steps on my '05 KC. When shopping for prices, Greg informed me he was not selling them anymore. This may have changed recently, but my info is accurate as of May, '07. This is the link to Amp's website:

Mine ran about $1300.00 including the new lamp kit. A little pricey compared to "fixed" steps, but there is no loss of ground clearance for you 4x4'ers (they actually tuckup higher than the frame rails; almost look like rocker panel protectors.
