Your welcome, just sprinkle some of that Bar Keepers friend onto a wet sponge and wet down your windows the put some elbow grease into it, and I gaurantee it will take most if not all of the water spots off your glass. Even if you can't find Turtle Wax Extreme, I think any good cleaner wax will do you some good. If that doesn't remove the spots off the paint, you might want to get someone you trust with a buffer to do a good buffing job.
