I had Arizona Differential off of Grand Ave install mine. I have had previous dealings with them, and they are very good at what they do. I don't recall what I paid, but I tried the route you are looking to do, IE the dealer, and the price was heinous, even though I have a great relationship with them. I have been completely satisfied with the TrueTrac, it was a worthy upgrade. Don't forget to get a set of carrier bearings for the install if you decide to go that route.

Ring is removed from your stock housing and transferred over, pinion is not removed. Seals are not replaced, and may leak after the replacement. Nissan manual says to replace seals every time axle is removed, but I took the risk and didn't replace.
