The below quote is taken from the installation manual for the Stage 2 for 2wds, seems like I remember someone else having this problem before and not swapping the tie rods was the problem.

33. Install the previously removed driver side
tie rod end on to the passenger side.
Thread tie rod on until it is in it’s original
location on the steering rack shaft with
the stud facing down.
34. Install the previously removed passenger
side tie rod end on to the driver side.
Thread tie rod on until it is in it’s original
location on the steering rack shaft with
the stud facing down.
