Air bags for such small tongue weight...Nope - More spring will just kill the kidneys
Need to add tongue weight and get better shocks, maybe add some weight in the bed. For some stretches of hiway you can get a harmonic effect that is as you already know built into the road, and just a bugger to deal with...
