I am in Lake Havasu Arizona, I work in Las Vegas, I have contacted both States D.O.T. and they are Legal. However living in the Tri State area, AZ. CA. NV. I drive in all 3 states. I also called California Highway Patrol, They said the Blue as well as Amber will get you a Ticket..........................However, I have a friend that bought a Lexus and lives in California, his car came equipt with HID Blue Headlights from the dealership. I would also like to add another issue, In AZ you only get 1 license plate, however in NV & CA, that is a no,no you must have both front and rear plates. So I am in violation technically. Oh and tinted windows are also unlawful in CA. Here in AZ the police have tinted windows, So... It will be an interseting day in a California Court if I am ever cited.
