The Lexus does not have "blue headlights" All OEM HIDs are 4100K - 4300K in color temp. The blue scatter you see from time to time is caused by the lenses and not the light itself. If you walk up to a lexus with its lights on or shine their lights on a wall you will see they are pure white.
