Why yes, it is. There are a few trails there on privately owned ground that a friend of mine owns. Alot of my friends are into Jeeps so they've made some trails there. When I say Jeeps, I mean old ratty woods beater Jeeps though. Nothing fancy. One kid does have a 98 4cyl Wrangler with ALOT of stuff though, f/r lockers, winch, 35's, 4" lift, warn bumpers with spare tire carrier, etc...
This ground also connects with alot of government land too. There are miles of trails there that were originally made by ATV's that have been widened for Jeeps. It's enter at your own risk though. I guess they (gov'mt) have been patrolling it and supposedly even installed trail camera's to collect photo evidence.
I stay off the gov'mt ground with my truck though.
