Maybe I've gotten spoiled with my Tundra, but I agree with mchinna. I can get very smooth starts with the Toyota, but with my Titan, I have to really think about how slowly to press the pedal to get a smooth start. Sometimes lurching off the line is fun, but usually, my wife and I just want a smooth ride.
