CAI operating in COLD winter conditions

I would like to hear from someone who has a CAI system on their vehicle and live either in the Canadian Prairie provinces or in the northern US where winter temperatures are regularly lower than -25C or -10F. I would like to know how the cold temperatures affect the operating/running conditions of your vehicle with a CAI system installed.
My understanding is that the vehicle would require a longer period to reach ideal operating temperature and thus gas mileage would suffer dramatically.
Any advice that you can provide would be appreciated.
