First off, Hillary is not "liberal", except for the little red-shirt/blue-shirt games folks play in the US. You guys simply don't have any liberal candidates. It is beige or light beige, with beige being to the far right. Big money owns the world - period.

And by "to the right" I mean, serves the needs of old money and big money ahead of the needs of the general citizen.

I am not sure there has ever been a "liberal" in the US white house, technically speaking, except maybe old Jimmy Carter - but even his track record is a bit dubious.

Even Lincoln would be called a "liberal" these days.... more likely, he would be called a commie, sadly. Ironically, the US trades most with commies now... so we can't really bash em like we used to. The biggest commie nation in the world now has the power to pull the economic plug on North America, and the US in particular.

Things aren't much better up here in Canada. It is all a puppet show. I think we all know that.
