ACTIONS
Check the vehicle repair history to determine if bulletin NTB04-066e, 2004 – 2005 Titan
and Armada; Brake Judder has been previously performed on the vehicle.
If NTB04-066e, 2004 – 2005 Titan and Armada; Brake Judder has already been done:
• NTB04-066e no longer applies. Do not apply the bulletin a second time to any
vehicle, claim will be denied (will not pay). The bulletin only applies once per
vehicle.
• Do not use the Op Codes referenced in NTB04-066e. Those codes only apply
once per vehicle. If used, the claim will be rejected (will not pay).
• Refer to the Front Brake Section in the Service Manual (ESM) for proper diagnosis
and repair procedures. Use the appropriate warranty operations found in the
Warranty Flat Rate Manual.
so does this mean im out of luck getting the latest brake update done? wtf? why would the NTB06-066e (a newer bulletin, newer parts right?) be covered by the latest bulletin NTB06-061, but the NTB04-066e is not? thanks for any help in advance

That does sound like some crap. It appears to me that they are saying, "if we already fixed the brakes once, don't do it again because there is some other problem." But if the truck and brakes worked fine for 20,000 miles after they fixed it the first time, obviously their fix did work and the brakes just went to crap again. When did you buy the truck in 04? Was it after today's date? If so you are still under your 3 year, 36000. If not did you buy an extended warranty?
