I am not certain, but did you get the letter from Nissan saying you are getting the extended warranty on the brakes? I though th extension was only on 04's and early 05's. However, you probably are about due for a routine brake job..depending on your diving/towing habits...Isn't somewhere around 50K normal for the 1st routine brake job? You should take it in immediately when you feel any judder...
If your 06 is having abnormal brake problems, then my faith in Nissan's final "fix" is gone. I know everyone hates hearing lemon law, but if they can't get this straightened out within three model years, they are going to have problems!
