Selling a set of chrome big tow mirror caps that are used but in good condition. $50 shipped. Also selling a set of stock mud flaps in good condition for Titans with the lockbox option. The fronts have been trimmed a bit in the inside of the flap by the pinch weld. The bottom portion which blocks the mud/dirt was untouched. You really can't see it from the out side. $50 shipped. Thanks..!!
Re: FS: Big Tow chrome mirrow caps & stock mudflaps
just curious as to what you did with the 4 visible holes that the mudflaps go into. i'm debating taking mine off as well, but there's one screw on each one that you can see on the truck, ay suggestions?

well, that's the obvious choice, but i have a red alert color titan, and a black screw in the open doesn't exactly look good lol

I'm installing a set of fender flares so the holes will be covered up. In your case I would recommend a plastic plug painted with some matching touch up paint that you get from the dealer. Check Auto Zone and Napa, they have a decent selection of plugs.

Re: FS: Big Tow chrome mirrow caps & stock mudflaps
Yeah I'm getting tired of hearing rocks fling up and hitting my baby. I love the way she looks right now but I need some flares to help protect her. I decided to go with the ATS flares because I think they match the T better then the rounded ones and I didn't want flares that over extended past the tires. I know most aren't too fond of them but they float my boat. I'm taking off the V8 TITAN emblems off the front doors and just moving the V8 to the fender for a cleaner look. Also thinking of removing the rear emblems on the bottom of the tailgate as well. I'll post pics when done. Here are a couple pics of the mirror caps. They would also make a good backup set for painting.

Good choice, I preferred the ATS flares as well, they compliment the Titan's body lines very well IMO Only thing I recommend is that you check out the 3M tape they send you first, the stuff I got lasted about 2 months then started to peel... I went and bought some new REAL 3M tape and reinstalled them and they have been sealed since the end of '06.

Thanks, I already bought a 20 yard role of the 3m 1/2" acrylic auto molding tape for the flares. Can't wait to get them on. Thanks again for the hint.
