2005 Nissan Titan LE Crew Cab, Iowa

I have a 2005 Nissan Titan LE crew cab for sale in central Iowa. I do not want to sell this truck however I have a new position at work which requires me to drive 2 hours a day, 6 days a week. It would cost me too much in gas so I'm going to put it up for sale.

It has about 59,000 miles. It's black and pretty much completely stock. Since its the LE model it comes with heated leather seats, rockford fosgate system. It has big tow package, its 4x4, has running boards, bed liner, power seats, power rear sliding window, backup sensors, power pedals, rubber mats. I can't really think of anything else to add to the feature list. I do have a chrome add on for the tailgate but haven't put it on yet.

It's in pretty good condition. There are a few things to note: it has a small dent on the passenger side fender. There is a small ding and a small scratch all of which I will try to get pictures of. Nothing major by any means but they are small blemishes that should be addressed, but it is a 2005 so it won't be perfect either.

I've owned the vehicle for approximately a year and a half. I purchased it from a large dealership in Minneapolis. It was purchased certified preowned which gave me a 100k powertrain warranty. I don't know if this is transferrable but I have not had any major problems. I had door handle problems which froze them in winter but I got all 4 door systems replaced and they were fine this winter. Other than that it has been perfect and cared for with regular maintenance. Tires were brand new when I purchased it and I've put approximately 16,000 miles on them so there is still plenty of tread left.

I've looked at all the values on kbb.com and nada.com as well as what vehicles are going for on cars.com and even what they go for at auctions to come up with my asking price. Average trade value on nada.com is $16,200 and retail is $20k. Kbb.com is $18,000 for private party value, good condition. Since Kbb.com is always high I am asking $16,500 OBO. I only have one picture at the moment, I will get more after I clean it up.
