Do you have the window seal thing? It goes on the outside and its the one everyone bedlines. If so, how straight is it? I bent mine getting it off.

There should be a screw behind a round pieceof plastic on the inside of the door. Unscrew that and pull the window seal towards the back of the truck as hard as you can because theyre on there good. It should slide out about two inches then pull straight up.
