Turn signal switch

I have a turn signal switch that is out of an 05 Titan SE non-offroad. (standard turn signal stalk w/no fog light switch on it) I also have two plastic covers for the fog light openings. (non-offroad, came w/no fog lights, just the plastic covers)

I'm sure probably won't be too much interest b/c most you guys either have fog lights or want them. I thought I'd give it a shot. $30 dollars for all or give me a reasonable offer. You can PM if interested. I would even pay for shipping.

Where did you get your stalk for the 05 titan. I was thinking about buying the following until I read number 2 (I have an 05 KC)
