Bed rack for sale...

If you need to carry bikes, surfboards, lumber, ladders, etc across the bed of your Titan, I've got what you need.

I have a buddy who is an expert welder and crafted out of steel a rack that bolts to the bed rails and is compatible with Yakima products. The tubing we used is the exact same diameter as Yakima racks, but muck thicker/stronger.

I've carried only bikes on mine, twice. I carried 3 40lb bicycles on trips out of state. Racks is awesome.

I've recently purchased a camper shell and have no use for the bed rack anymore.

It'll support almost any load and bolts right in. Holes are predrilled and it is painted black.

I'm asking $75 which basically covers my materials cost.
To get this through Yakima would cost approx. $400.

Here is a picture of the rack in action....

FYI,
this also bolts directly to the bed rails and has a secure locking device.

You must be a downhiller with 40lb bikes and those giant front forks. Can you provide better pictures even if it is off the truck? Is it one big piece or two bars that span the bed? Permanant bike mounts? Is it reasonably shippable?

Yeah, that was a downhill trip.

Yes, I'll get better pictures. It is off the truck now though.

There are two seperate rails that are approx. 30" apart.
The two pieces of angle iron mount flush to the inside/top of side rails.
You must drill 4 holes through the rails and use 4 bolts to hold the rack on.
With this set up, that thing IS NOT MOVING.

With those 3 bikes, that represented approx. 120lbs and it didn't even wiggle.

Here are the close-ups....

I put on a Yakima bike rack for scale/perspective.

Again, this rack was built to fit my Titan bed. So, if you have a Titan, it WILL fit exactly flush to your bed rails.
