Almost new (10 days old) 20x8.5 chrome Eagle Alloys series 114

OK, here is the deal - I just mounted these new chrome eagle alloys series 114 on my Titan on 29 sept and they are already off sitting in my garage. I only put about 300 miles on them and there is absolutely nothing wrong with them. I paid $1200 for these only 10 days ago and I'm selling for $600. The wheels are 20x8.5 with 5.475 inches of backspacing and +20mm offset. Lug pattern is 6x5.5 and fits Nissan, Chevy, Caddy, and Toyota. Option #2 - If you need the tires then the entire package is $1500 and tires are 305/50/20 (32x12.5x20) Nitto Terra Grapplers with 3500 miles on them. The tire pressure sensors are NOT included. Will arrange for local southern california pickup or you pay shipping. Questions (951) 662-7748 or mluters@aerosurf.net

Tires?

What happened to the tires. I can only guess that you are keeping the Nittos and switching out the rims.

Just curious....what is wrong with these wheels? You just got them a month ago? The tires have more miles than the wheels so this must be your second set of 20 inch rims, and you are trying to sell just the rims so now you are going for your third set of 20 inch rims in less than 3500 miles??

Penrose, before you go assuming that something is wrong with the rims you should get your facts straight! Did you ever stop and think that this may be my first set of 20 inch rims and I pulled the tires from another truck of mine???? That's how I have new rims with tires that have 3500 miles on them. Who ever ends up with these is getting a steal of a deal because they are in absolutely mint/new condition. Furthermore, I'm not some crook trying to pull a fast one on someone, which is what your previous post implied. This is just a great deal for someone interested in 20 inch rims and it's due to the fact I changed my mind on style of rims - that's all there is to it. So next time you want to put up such a negitive post that implies I trying to sell some defective product, try getting your facts straight first!

Never implied that you were a crook, and my post was not a negative one. It was a curious post. I just wondered what was wrong with these wheels that you don't like them after only having them on for a couple hundred miles (seemed odd). Like I said, I was just curious as to why you are selling them. I never said or meant to imply that anything was defective either, especially since you mentioned in your first post that there was nothing wrong with them. They look great in the pictures so that didn't even cross my mind. You don't HAVE to tell us why you are getting rid of them or why you don't like them, but it is hard to get the facts straight when you don't give all the facts. I'm sure that the one of the first things that people were asking themselves after reading your origional post was "Hmmm....wonder why he is selling...he JUST got them...weird". Now, in your response to MY post you said that "you changed your mind on style of rims"...maybe that info could have been in your first post. Anyway...I am SO sorry, and you have a GREAT day now, ok? Bye-Bye

My bad

However I am sure with some snooping on E-bay they could be bought for around $600-$650.

I bought my chrome Eagle Alloy (series 170) 20x8.5 for $610 brand new on E-bay. And suggested retail price on Eagle series 114 and 170 are almost identical.

Whoever is selling them for $1,200 should be arrested for rape.

Since someone else on the forum is questioning if and how I paid $1200 for chrome American Eagle Alloys 114 in a 20x8.5 - Try $265 each plus tax and mounting/balancing. That's $1175 out the door. On ebay you'll find chrome 18x9.5 for $950 + shipping. But, if you want 20x8.5 CHROME on ebay it's going to be $1k plus shipping - around $1100 total. That's why I didn't buy them on ebay because I found local shops doing it for basically the same price I could find on ebay. So my deal is basically half price for wheels that were mounted only 10 days and yes I did lots of snooping on ebay before I purchased.
