A.R.E. Hard Tonneau for KC for Sale

Hey guys/gals. I've got an A.R.E. hard tonneau for sale. Before you get to excited let me tell you it needs some work. Hurricane Wilma tore it off my truck. There is no structural damage to the fiberglass part of the top. In order to use it you will need all new mounting rails and hardware. It has some scratches that will need to be fixed and then it would need to be repainted. It is Red Brawn in color, although, since it needs a repaint you could paint it to match any Titan color. The lock and underliner are fine.

The first $100 offer wins. You will need to pick it up here in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, it's too big to ship. Also, I'm moving to Jacksonville so it will need to be picked up within the next 3 or 4 weeks. It will sit on your truck bed just fine as it is, but you would need to strap it down before you drive away with it.

With a little paint, some new hardware, and a little elbow grease, you could have a nice A.R.E. tonneau for about half the price of a new one.

I'm kind of surprised nobody wants this top. With a little work you could save yourself half the cost of a new one. If someone doesn't claim this thing by the end of the month, I'm going to cut it up and put it at the curb for trash pick up. Need a hard tonneau? Here's a good opportunity for not a lot of money!

That is a very nice top guys, If I have a KC I would have picked it up already. Someone take it off his hands, just don't want to see it cut up to pieces.

are u sure u cant ship it out im looken to get one and at 100 dollars its a steel. ill cover all shipping and packaging and any other fees spent if possible.

I'm sure. It would need to be shipped via a freight company, and it would have to be packed in a crate. The costs for packing and shipping would be several hundred dollars. At that point you might as well buy a new one.

Well since the buyer JoshV from Punta Gorda that made me wait for him two weeks, decided to bail on this offer, and that in turn cost me the only other buyer that was interested, Im' cutting this top up and putting it at the curb for the trash guy. I wished i lived closer to you cause a buddy of mine owns a body shop and it would only cost me paint for it. I can't beleave nobody wants this. I would be all over this.

Yeah, Turbo. I can't believe it either. It would be an easy fix. I can almost promise you that the day after I cut it up someone will PM me and ask if I still have it! Oh well!
