try carmax and see what they'll give for it and some of them sell titans. not sure if you got 1 of them in your area.

Good luck with selling the car. I just got rid of my 2006 Honda Civic SI for the Titan best move ever but it was a little hard to get rid of the SI it was a fun car. So I can't imagine the seperation anxiety you'll have getting rid of the S2000 lol

 Jus buy a Titan and keep the AP1 ..... Thats one hell of a deal for your S. I have a Suzuka Ap2 for the weekends, and the Titan as the Daily Assault Vehicle ...... you'll miss the S man!!!! The Titan spoils me though.  GL with your sale from a fellow S2 owner.

Good luck selling your car. I had an 02 w/ SSR GT1's, HKS dual... and, well a bunch of other stuff. AWESOME cars. I miss it soooo much, but the truck is so much more practical. Apparently I had pretty much beaten my car to death from hard driving over 100000 and it needed some decent work when I traded it in. All things considered though, your price is very reasonable, and I hope someone takes you up on it, its hard to go wrong!
