How do these install? Is it easy? Few screws or what?

For the grill inserts, there are little hooks with screws that hook on the existing honeycomb grill since it only covers the existing grill, not replace it. If you look closely at the first two pics, you can see them in the most upper and lower slots in the insert.

The bumper insert has screw tabs on the sides and it appears that one would drill small holes in the black plastic grill and screw them in. Here is a pic from the "how to" section sticky called Grillcraft install, picture book:



That post in pretty involved since the Grillcraft grill (upper) actually replaces the honeycomb grill since you cut it out.

I have read here on TitanTalk, that some people use black zip ties to attach the lower insert as well. I would imagine you tighten them in a fashion that allows you to center it how you like.

I went with this style just in case I wanted to easily change the look if I wanted to. Glad I did since I want black instead.

It always works this way.... I just got my Trex installed on Friday, and I can vouch. This is an awesome insert with great quality. Bolts on and take your time.
