4" spindles, radflos at 3" in the front for a total of 7"
2.5-3" mini deaver pack in the rear for a total of 2.5-3"

but no lift is needed to fit these tires, they can be a direct stock replacement with no fitment/rubbing issues, no need for a leveling kit/pinch weld mod/mudflap removal

No. They are 30.5"

They are the same tires and size I have on my truck.

they are about .6" smaller than the stock goodyears
