I'm hoping to do one, but I wanted to do the wheels and tires first and make sure I have enough room to make it in my garage with the leveling kit too... I have like 4" of clearance now so I think I will be OK...I hope!

Also, I haven't seen this answered yet-do these come with everything I need to put them on the truck? Lugnuts, etc..?

well, you can use your oem ones.
