Far as I know its just remove interior panels (cake) and take out the echurons? or w.e they're called...but not too difficult...and I have a service manual so it should be a breeze...

There is a plastic piece on the side of the door which you remove to unscrew the smaller part of the door handle then the handle itself slides out. Don't have to remove interior panels. Less than 10 minutes for all doors.

This guy is right. I just did mine a week ago or so and wasnt feeling it at first but now it looks great, IMO.
Very easy. So easy a caveman could do it.

I paid $87 for my chrome door handles, and sold my black ones for $50 for a net expenditure of $37 for chrome factory Nissan handles. No covers, no 3M tape, etc...

Mike, just had to jump in there and agree with you. I recently istalled my chrome door handle covers from sickcar.com (putco) and they look great; all I'm missing now are fog lights and my SE will look like a LE.
One things for sure, it only took about 5 minutes for a total install.
