Seriously, buy some aftermarket ones. Don't put these on your truck, they will more than likely wear the paint off of your fender. I didn't pull mine off soon enough, and now I have rust spots. I can show you pics of what they did to my truck if you really want to see.

Re: Mud flaps on ebay

I have never seen Factory paint rubbed off because of Factory mudflaps. How would buying some cheese ball aftermarket ones fix the problem?

Have you ever looked behind your mud flaps? If you haven't, how in the heck can you say yours aren't worn through the paint.

I have heard that statement from lots of people, until I moved there mud flap and showed them where it rubbed the paint off. If you don't beleive me that is fine, you will probably see the marks later. Some cheese ball aftermarket ones don't mount against the paint with sticky crappy tape. They mount inside the wheel well, where they can't scratch the paint.

Here now you have seen atleast one.

Re: Mud flaps on ebay

Crazy. I took them off right away anyway. The bigger tires rubbed on them, so I pulled them. Maybe some thicker double sided tape would hold them off the paint and keep it from rubbing the paint off.

Maybe, but I will never have that kind of mud flap on my trucks again. Besides, they are to stiff and if they hit hard ground, or a stump I would worry about them denting the fender.
