FS: 2008 Carson Trailer FunRunner FL162 16' Toyhauler

Hey folks, decided to try and sell my toy hauler as well, looking to trim back the budget a little bit and haven't used this thing in a while, so it's gotta go. It's a 2008 (like the title said) Carson FL162 and from a 1 to 10 scale, I would say it's an 8.5 -9. There are a few minor issues with the trailer which include:

2 sizeable tears in the linoleum in the cargo area
Small dent in the lavatory cabinet from where the Teryx slid forward

Other than that it is in good shape. No dings or dents on the outside, and it's been upgraded to a 2-battery system which means you can dry camp for longer and not worry about power issues.

It is equipped with:

13,500 BTU Dometic Rooftop A/C
6 gal DSI Water Heater
5 gal propane tank
40 fresh water tank
20 gal black tank
20 gal grey tank
Full shower/toilet
2 burner cooktop
2.0 CF 12V/110V refrigerator
19" LCD flat panel TV with PS2
Pioneer DEH-P3800 AM/FM/CD player with 4 Kenwood speakers

This unit is easily towable by any 1/2 ton truck out there, including a Titan, because the dry weight is so low. Manufacturer's dry weight is posted at 3,500 lbs.

I need $10,986 to pay off the note on this trailer. Before you ask, no I will not accept payment plans, and I cannot carry the note. If I ever want to own a house, I need to wash my hands of the debt completely.

Huh. So I assume you won't take less then $10,986 for it?

Must not be that inclined to sell. Only reason I asked was because I have a buddy who lives in Sacarmento who is looking for something simular to that (has a ramp in the back that folds down for his quad and bike) for around 10k.

$10,986 is around $10k. Let him know...
