Quebec representative

Hello

My first post (after 6 months of lurking)!

I call Chicoutimi, Quebec home.
My Black SE KC 4x4 is one of about 5 Titans in my area, I got it in august and have less than 2500kms on it....not because I don't enjoy driving it but because I work overseas and am away more often than I would like

I like the power and ride but I'll be installing a Gibson exhaust system to wake up the sound...too quiet for my taste (my motorcycles have aftermarket cans so the truck deserves the same!)

I had a bad surprise last time I returned home for vacation....it wouldn't start! Apparently all the gadgets and flashing leds and stuff were enough to drain the battery during the 8 weeks I was gone. Cue 1 battery-tender
Besides that no problems with the truck (knock on wood).

P.S. Do you know of a good place to order truck parts in Canada (like a Gibson kit), I hate having to deal with customs fees

Dex

If the weather in Ottawa can beat what we've been having here on the Prairies for the past two weeks - then you can complain about COLD - Temperatures in the -25 C to -35 C with winds from 40 kph to 60 kph making the windchill in the mid -45 C range

Hello from Edmonton! I pick up my new Titan tomorrow after work and I'm looking forward to it. It isn't the model I had originally picked out but I didn't get as much for my trade as I hoped. Who knew these Ford's would depreciate so much in only two years

I'm looking forward to getting to know you guys better. Judging from this website, it really seems like Titan owners have a nice brotherhood.

While I'm sad to see my diesel go, I'm pretty excited about picking up my new truck. I'll let y'all know how it goes!!!

I know what you mean Hunter! We have had it very cold here lately too in NW Ontario. Forgot to plug the beast in the other night, -41C (no wind as it was in an unheated garage though) Just hit the button on the remote start and she fired right up. Glad to have those electric seat heaters on those mornings!
How are you guys doing for snowfall. Our banks are getting so high around here, that the snow blower can just barely blow up and over them. If it's not freezing it's snowing, oh well what can you do. The vdc and 4x4 work great in this stuff anyways.

Hello from Halifax, sitting here in another storm. Mine is a Se Crew Cab with 30,000 KMs bought in Aug. So far I have had only a couple of minor issues, this truck is awesome.

You know I'll take our deep freeze temperatures and moderate amount of snow over what you guys have been getting this winter. How the heck are you managing to get around ??? You sure do a fair amount of driving, I got my Titan in mid-September and I only have 4,400 kms. With that many kms - have you seen any positive progression as far as gas mileage is concerned ???
I know what you mean about the Titan being an awesome truck - living here in Dauphin, MB (about 200 miles northwest of Winnipeg) the Titan sure gas attracted a lot of attention - People are really impressed by its looks (there's only a total of 2 Titans in this city of 8,200 people).
For me I can hardly wait till this summer when I get to hook the Titan up to my 23 ft travel trailer and head out west to Banff and Jasper

Hey Guys,

You might be thinking why is a Californian (San Diego to be exact) looking at the Canadian post. I miss the homeland. I'm a transplanted Canadian myself from Halifax, NS.

JKB, remember, spring is just around the corner...May.

Take Care and stay warm.

Go take in a junior hockey game - save a ton of cash and get to watch hockey players who really want to play hockey

NHL is done for this year and probably next year as well.

I hear that lacrosse is fairly big on the West coast and lots of action.
