Stall Problem in Fort Mac

Fauch...check out my reply on how to get satisfaction on your stalling issues...great gas mileage on the back of a flatbed is not the way to go.

There are more than a few avenues to explore...including your dealer problem.

Found your grief in Titan Problems & Dealer Service\I am fed up with my Titan...

How's the dealer in Sherwood Park?? Anyone know?

Give up on your dealer...not the truck...you may want to flag your dealer problem with Nissan Canada.

Well I have yet to hear back from the dealership about my truck, its been a week now. Im going to call them tomorrow and see whats going on.

A buddy just called me and told me of someone else who had to have their Titan towed to Edmonton...and I guess he needed the computer in his truck replaced. Im going to try and get a hold of this guy and see if he was experiencing the same problem as me.

I'm really sorry to hear about your problems Fauch. I only have 5,000k on my Titan so far but no major problems yet...and I emphasis "yet". Please keep us informed as to your progress.

Which dealer did you purchase your Titan from? I've been off this site for a bit and feel out of the loop. If you're from Fort Mac, I assume it was in the Edmonton area.

See my reply in the Problem forum.

yeah, I got it at Westend Nissan. We did have a dealership up here at one time but poor management drove it down. Im suprise thou that no garage will pick up the business of servicing NIssan vehicles...they'd make a lot of business here.

I've heard nothing but terrible s**t about the service dept at Westend. I even had a salesman call me repeatedly for about a month after I purchased my Titan from Sherwood Nissan trying to get me to get the servicing done at Westend. I finally told him that I had heard his service department was crooked and didn't know what they doing. He's since stopped calling.

I didn't know the service dep't was so bad. I talked to the service manager over the phone about the differential issues and he was clueless. He had never even heard of 75w140 diff fluid before...and he's supposed to be the service manager!!! Yikes!!! He told me it didn't exist. That was my first warning that they may not be the most capable shop in town.

Since I've purchased my truck, I've heard alot of negatives about West End. After my purchase, I've only been back to the dealer once and that was to get a "cost" deal on my fog lights. Their cost deal was $310!!! I bought them for $160 U$.

I doubt they'll see me in there again.
