Hi Everyone,
I have been monitoring this site for months now and really appreciate the feedback and insite people provide. I have owned my '04 Titan SE CC for a couple of months and only have 3500KM on it and now find that I may have to give it up. I didn't do my homework properly and now find that the Titan doesn't have enough cargo capacity at 1295# to tow my new trailer. Although it has the towing capacity at 9300# for the CC SE, it would be over capacity on the GVW. I would hate to be pulled over and forced to leave the wife and kids behind while I go on vacation. Like that's going to happen! We just love the truck, the stereo, the comfort and the room in the cab. It was just awesome the way it came equiped with the spray in box liner, utilitrack system, tow pkge and on and on. The drive train technology with the ABLS and locking diff with the OR pkge just can't be beat.
If I'm going to give it up, I would prefer it be to someone who appreciates these trucks and not trade it in. I have added a Tonneau Cover, Nissan Step Bars and a Lund Stone Guard. The color is Silver Mist and with those big OR tires it looks just great. The truck is on a four year lease at a low rate of 1.9%. The payment is a low $596.73 (plus taxes). All I would want is to recover some costs for the add-ons $1200 and the new owner would pay the lease transfer fee of $500. The new owner would be eligible for the $700 security refund at the end of the lease. The truck hasn't been in any accidents so need not worry about that. I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
