Exhaust Modifications

Just had my 2004 Titan's exhaust system modified. I took it to Extreme Performance Muffler in Winnipeg, MB and had them install a "TRUE" dual exhaust system complete with two Magnaflow XL mufflers and two Magnaflow SS tips. I had them bring the SS tailpipes out the sides instead of straight out the back. The truck looks and sounds "AWESOME". Inside the truck (at highway speeds) the noise level is basically the same as with the OEM muffler.

This place has experience in doing dual exhaust systems on the Titan (and that's the main reason that I took my truck to them) and they did a FANTASTIC job. The exhaust pipe bends were flawless and the service and advise provided by Keith (the owner) was GREAT.

If any of you are thinking of modifying your exhaust system, I highly recommend that you call Keith - you won't be disappointed in the quality of work that his people do.

I'm interested in hearing from others who have had their exhaust systems modified (what was done, type of muffler(s) and what your impressions are of the looks and sound)

Re: Exhaust Modifications

Good deal Hunter, I knew you would like it. The sound is as close to stock while driving normal, but when you step on it, you really hear the howl of the V8 without being overly obnoxious. (My opinion)

Try to show us some pics of your new mod!

Congrats. P.S. Don't step on it too much, the sound does get somewhat "pleasing" to the ears and you'll notice a slight dip in your mpg. lol
