CANADIAN ORDERS:
We offer FREE Ground Shipping to Canada.
We also collect sales taxes and duties on behalf of the applicable Canadian government agencies. These fees will be included in the total price of your order. Examples of fees included: Excise Taxes, GST, PST, Duties, Provincial Tire Fees, and Brokerage Fees.
No additional taxes, duties, or fees will be collected by UPS Canada upon delivery of your order.
Although we always anticipate fast and efficient delivery of your items, customs delays are always a possibility.

I know this may be a bit off topic, but is there a higher rate to ship to/from Canada or something? I had a vendor the other day pretty much tell me it was totally different than anything in the U.S.

The Shipping cost is more than shipping anywhere in the US but that’s only part of the process. Getting the product through the border is the hard part. For most people and companies involved, it takes a lot of effort to get the product through. Then the fees, taxes and duties that the boarder charges can turn a lot away from even attempting it. (these fees and taxes aren't usually known until the product gets to the border and by that time they are known to the buyer it's too late to send the product back or if they deny the product they will still have to pay for the product to be returned from the border) For the buyer who is responsible for these, there is just too many unknowns. We have set up an agreement with the Canadian Gov’t to get the information up front so that Canadian customers know exactly how much it will cost to get their product to their door and on top of that we're paying the Freight portion of the shipping for them.

Also since the Avatar does say "ASK", I am going to ask that about TPMS functionality if I where to order a tire and wheel package?

To be honest it will likely be some months before I can swing the cost of :
(4) P275/60R-20 114S B Nitto Terra Grappler AT tires with
(4) 20X9 6-139.7 15C MB Wheels Shaker wheels.

However, it is a goal I have set myself :+)
