In order to be sure that the beer has has not been tampered with I test a few and then realize that I still have wax on the Titan.

How easily will it come off?

Ha-Ha...

I take a damp applicator and go over the dried wax and let it haze again and then buff off.

First off, and you know this, never wax direct sunlight. Never been in that situation before. Why don't you try it and then we'll both know.

Actually I almost always wax in direct sunlight cause I can't avoid it... I just use a great wax that can bake on all day and come off with no trouble...

That's why I asked that specific question... I won't use anything that will cause me to break my stones anymore. I've said this before, using the right products makes all the difference.

If you have a great wax but you have to kill yourself getting it off....You're not going to want to wax your truck as often But if you can have trouble free wax you'll enjoy waxing and your truck will benefit by the added protection.

The right tool for the job...

That's rough waxing in the sun, depending on the wax (and have seen and heard some horror stories) I really don't know which would give the much trouble getting off. Waxing in direst sunlight making the surface hot, in my opinion is not a good idea but if you have no choose what else are you supposed to do.(find a shade tree maybe) P21s actually says that for the best results do not let the wax haze over. I am impressed with it enough to be able to recommend it to anybody willing to pay a little. If you say you have done this before for a living, you would appreciate the finish product.
I know if you try it you'll like it.

I've used almost everything but my choice for wax is Canauba Bay... http://www.chem-quest.com/carnauba.htm

I have no affiliation with them... Just think...errrr Know that they have the most user friendly wax I've ever used.

I've said this many times....Black vehicle...In the sun.....90 degrees...let it bake for an hour...wipe it off with little effort...EVERYTIME, No Variables.

Also.... Check this out from another member... http://www.titantalk.com/forums/1248809-post14.html

If your getting the feeling that I am questioning your ability or know how, techniques or otherwise please don't. If the link above from another member is pointing to that, sorry if your taken it that way.

I was just offering an opinion on the wax I use and though maybe others would like to try it. I have no affiliation with P21s either, just use their wax that's all.

Not at all.... I've been in the business long enough to know what works for me. Usually when I find something that's superior on several fronts, I'll rarely switch because when I do I usually run into the unseen problems that I already solved with my current product.

I provided the link to show how somebody succesfully used a technique here on the Detailing Thread.... I guess I'm trying to take the guess work out of detailing for our members. This stuff doesn't have to be rocket science even though in a way it is.

It's all cool though...
