I have always bought it at the local county fairs.
Yellow,
If your able to stop by this Saturday ( Adam's Titan Meet ) with a washed truck or your Mada and try out there stuff. You will be able to use any product they have on your vehicle.

I will be there with the Mada. My Titan's paint is already beyond help. Between the CORR rash, trail rash, and all the vandalism on it, I could care less how the paint looks now. Once I retire it from trail duty, I'll will just get it painted. Unsure of what color though. I was actually thinking of Volcanic Orange or Electric Blue like the Z's.
there's a carnauba wax called S100 you can get at any Harley Davidson dealer. i've never owned a Harley but after hearing about this wax i went and picked up some. WOW is all i can say! apply a polish and then add this wax to seal it and you'll get amazing results.
All I can say Roy is that I can wax my Titan on and off less than a half hour...I think you would love this wax.
Ok.....are you sure a paste will apply/remove as good as a liquid? Thats the only thing I guess I am having trouble with realizing.
A half hour huh? Imagine if you used both hands instead of holding a cold beer? Thats pretty good timeframe if you arent bustin your azz in the process. You know what i mean......every muscle in your body clinched up trying to hurry.
I might give it a try.

I do power it out...just my nature.. i start with the ladder on the roof and go one side to the other and move to the pillars, then the hood, quarters,doors,tailgate,chrome...By the time I'm done with putting it on it's dry and ready to come off...I just repeat the process with blistering speed taking it off. Dress the tires & trim...Then It's a 12pack as I sit back and look deep into her headlights...
As far as the ease of application.... I used it everyday on every car for years and never had a problem with it. In my former business I couldn't afford a bad reputation from smeary jobs. I had a very high end clientelle.

So we are talking prolly 2 hours for me? Jk.......I do the same, it's just the nature of someone that has worked at detail shops. I worked at a few dealers and also cleaned up my dad's cars on the side for his wholesale business. I too appreciate a good wax! I might have to try it after I use all this Mothers stuff I got for Christmas. I know.....I know........
Well, tonight didn't go quite as planned. Got home from work to see my nieghbor digging a hole for a patio. I told him just to use my patio since that is why I slaved over it but damn it, he wants his own! So I helped him dig that out and got it all measured and level. At that point I am exhausted so I went inside to play with the dogs and chill. About 45 minutes ago I went outside to see what I could see. I tried Meguiars (regular and gold class), ICE, Nanowax, and Mother's. Basically all the waxes I have. I put each one on little patches and still, streak city! I tried terry cloth towels and these cotton fiber towels I have. No luck. So out comes my neighbor to see what I am doing and when he sees the streaks he knew my pain as he has a black Tahoe. He goes to his truck and gets me this cloth saying it is some kind of rag by Mother's. This thing is super soft and very padded. I go over the areas I did and it removed the streaks! I continue to wax the car using my wax applicator to apply and terry cloth towels to remove and then I buff it with the Mother's cloth. Now, it is dark out but this thing glistens and looks amazing! I even did the roof... not an easy feat for someone who is 5'6"! This Galazy Black paint is something else! I only hope it looks as good in the morning!
So could that have been it? The towels/clothes I was using are crap?

Carnuba waxes are great, and everyone has thier favorite; but basically, I belive they are all about the same. I guess it just depends if you prefer wax or paste...or liquid for the quicky job. But, in my years of detailing and experimentation, I have always found that the polishing cloth is the most important tool to achieve a premium result. "It's not how you put it on, it's how you get it off"....As we used to say.

Yeah....I've been thinking about this and i'm gonna have to say that although the wipng off cloth is important, It's not as important as the product.
So I agree to only a certain extent.
Granted that if you're using a cloth that has a certain knap or has been washed and dried with fabric softeners or certain detergents this can greatly hinder a great final result.
But in general, a good clean cloth will only do so much on a greasy product...and that's break your arms trying to push out the smear.
Here's the deal... If I throw a bunch of different cloths in my industrial washer with the right detergent and dry them without using fabric softeners, I can grab any cloth and get the same excellent final result. Cause my cloth is not tainted.
Most guys grab a rag that the wifey washed and dried and go for it...and break their shoulders trying to get a uniformed finish...Then they blame the wax....then the rag...
So again, Clean cloth is important but non petroleum based product is even more important... No hard feelings.

So is there a specific way that your supposed to wash the drying rags?
I use Mothers wax, they have wheel shine and all that good stuff. I love it! and for the streaks it helps if you use a good clean shammy to dry it especially if the truck is black.

Use your leaf blower to dry it... This way you won't touch the paint and you're able to blow water out of tiny crevaces like mirrors and mouldings.
