2 things to remember when washing your wax removal cloths...

1. They're usually loaded with wax from last wax job...This makes them extremely waterproof...The wax won't want to let go of the towel fibers.

2. The kind of soap and water you use will affect how much old wax comes out.

Here's how I conquered the residue cloth problem... I use a water softener, hot water and a detergent with no fabric softeners built in. Just straight detergent. Hang dry.

Never use fabric softeners or dryer sheets on your bath towels either...You'll notice that their way more absorbant if you don't...

Hope this helps

Here ya go: www.poorboysworld.com

These are professional products sold by nice knowledgeable guys

I use for winter

SSR 2.5 x1 by machine
Polish with sealant x3 apply by machine remove by hand
Nattys Blue x1 apply and remove by hand

In spring:

SSR 2.0 by machine
Polish with sealant x2 apply by machine remove by hand
Nattys Blue Carnuba x1 apply and remove by hand
Spray and Wipe and Spray and Gloss to maintain

I drive 3,500 miles a month in some nasty conditions (salt, sand, bugs ect.) I just went by 120,000 miles. No "streaking" here... Other than the pitting of the front end from all of the high speed travel in all conditions, the paint looks great!

Sounds good! HAHAH Only busting!

I had the silver S4 out today and when I got home, I parked next to the Titan to snap some pictures. My nieghbor then pulls up in his white Ford. I looked at his truck and my S4 and thought, man I wish I got a lighter color! Don't get me wrong, the black is pure sex but the S4 was washed last maybe 4 months ago and his truck maybe a couple weeks ago and they still looked good. It took me to wax my Titan last night to make it look good and in a week it will look dull. My girlfriend is going to hate me for detailing my car every couple days!
