Restore Bed Liner back to black?

Anybody know a good way to get the bed liner back to black?

Mine is getting grayish white. I guess I could just wipe it down with motor oil...ha ha.

You could try Mothers Back To Black. But that's a lot of area to cover.

What you want is here.

http://www.pickupspecialties.com/Bed...storer_faq.htm

Or here...

http://www.rhinoliningsaz.com/Rhino_...ino_Shine.html

It's basically self explanatory... It's a thinner version of the bedliner spray material itself....Application after a good cleaning should take you less than 2 hours...

Don't paint yourself into a corner ..... hehehehe

Good luck...Let us know what you come up with....

The VRT will work. It'll take you some time but comes out looking back to normal. Not sure how long it'll last with your weather but the section I did on my bed is still there and it's been bout 3 months already

I've been told liquid laundry detergent restores them back to black.

Re: Restore Bed Liner back to black?

If it's still under 36k warranty, there's a TSB for the liner turning white.

Re: Restore Bed Liner back to black?

Black things turning white is a big problem, for example the fenders on our 4 wheeler, the bumpers on our hummers, what I do for this problem is i take some armor all ultra shine interior cleaner and spray on a good amount, wipe it down lightly and its blacker than ever, i heard this eventually causes it turn more white after the coating gets worn off but you could always re apply. goodluck
