I have to give props to Adams, and their customer service. I ordered some goodies from them, and the next day was called by a rep, one of the items I ordered was on back order. That in itself impressed me. A actual person calls to inform me. I was told they would ship it express since there was a delay. I'm totally cool with this of course.
Anyhoo, the package arrives today, and as I'm tearing through it like a kid in a candy store, there is some unordered items in there with a hand written note stating, "A little something extra for the delay". All I can say is wow. I am truly impressed. I thought this kind of personal customer service had gone the way of the Dodo.
