Adams and their customer service

I have to give props to Adams, and their customer service. I ordered some goodies from them, and the next day was called by a rep, one of the items I ordered was on back order. That in itself impressed me. A actual person calls to inform me. I was told they would ship it express since there was a delay. I'm totally cool with this of course.

Anyhoo, the package arrives today, and as I'm tearing through it like a kid in a candy store, there is some unordered items in there with a hand written note stating, "A little something extra for the delay". All I can say is wow. I am truly impressed. I thought this kind of personal customer service had gone the way of the Dodo.

Thanks to the fine folks at Adams.

Well, I am a person who looks for service, I give my customers awesome service (I am a pharmacist). I go the extra distance to places to get my oil changed, tires, etc because of the service. So after hearing such a great story and knowing that we have people here that work for Adams, I am definitely making my next order to detailing supplies through them (plus all the other great feedback through here)

Well from hearing stuff like this, yall definitely will be receiving orders from me in the near future. Its so many products it is pretty hard to figure out what all to order though. Definitely need something to really get my truck to shine, as well as my 24's. Any suggestions?

Adam's stuff is so far so good. Used the detail spray on my wheels, going to go to town hopefully next weekend on polishing and waxing entire truck with Adams' machine polish and machine wax. Here's a pic of cleaned wheels.

I agree! The service and products are top notch!!!! Even though I don't have a Titan right now, I have used the VRT on a gorgeous G37 and another Titantalk member's Titan. It sure does a great job on the tires, cowl, mirrors, bib, etc. This stuff is awesome! And yes, the little "bonuses" in the order box are a really nice touch! Thanks Adam and Pat! You guys ROCK!
