Dry spots from goof off on dash

So I had a dash mat installed and decided against it. removed it and used goof off to get the glue from the velcro off the dash and it left some dry circles where I was working it.
what would revive the dash in those dry areas?
I've tried ICE polish, armor all and leather conditioner with no avail.
please help!

Can you be more specific about the spots...

Are they discolored or just dry looking or melted looking?

Re: Dry spots from goof off on dash

It may not be dry spots.....

I'm only guessing here but it sounds like the goof off faded the color...

In that case, you may be able to restore it with a vinyl color at a local automotive store.

Apply with the corner of a sponge.... make sure it's on the "dry" side and dab it a little at a time.

Let me know how you make out.

Give 303 Protectant a try.
http://www.303products.com/tech/inde...Product_ID=428

I've used this stuff for a couple of years now and love it! It was recommended to me by a pro detailer. It is kinda hard to fine locally so you might want to try a Boat shop, Ace or Bass Pro. If you can wait get the free sample kit.
