The A/C drainline is kinked. Do a search on the forum and you'll see.
There's a TSB on it so if your truck is in warranty, you can get it done.
If not, it's an easy fix
For the moisture...
1. Baking soda, put it on to soak it up.
2. Steam clean the carpet.
3. Fan it to dry it out.

My dog recently took a direct hit from a skunk at about 4 in the morning.
Stupid me let him in the house not knowing what had just happened.
Woops.
My wife google searched for skunk smell remedy and found something that worked really good.
It was peroxide and a couple of other things.
Maybe you should search that out and think about trying it.
And next time, smellyass friends have to take their own truck.

You know you had a great night last night when you make it home the next day missing at least 1/2 of your clothes.
I'm going to start up a soup kitchen. That way I can be first in line.

I agree with you. No more rides to smelly friends.
I'm a little hesitant to use anything with peroxide in it in my truck for fear of altering the color of the fabric. Right now, it's on a strict diet of febreeze and baking soda with the windows down when it's not raining. I left the box in there as well, like you do in your refrigerator. Seems to be coming along.

You do know your truck has a bed that is perfect for stinky friends? As long as its legal in your state. If it's not legal tell him not to pop his head up until you give him the ok.

For cloth seats, I would rent a steam and vac with the proper cleaner and go over the entire interior. Should cost about $20-$30. Park the truck in the garage overnight with the doors open and run some floor fans into the interior to aid drying, followed by a good day out in the sunshine with doors open to completely dry out the interior. You can follow up by spraying Lysol disinfectant spray onto the fabric to help prevent any mildew. I have done this on a number of vehicles with good success.
For leather, it is best to use a quality ph balanced shampoo and water rather than detergent.
