Typically, an upholstery cleaner and a steam vac work very well.

Resolve to soak into a stain and then vacuum it up.

McQuiars Quick Out spot remover works very well. One thing I like about there products is they dont have a strong odor. My truck is over a year old and still has that new car smell and all I use is there products on the inside.

Re: help with my seats

there is a few thread about this. the cheapest way which has worked for me everytime is going to home depot and buy the "ZEPP" brand auto glass cleaner which comes in a dark blue bottle. (search for the thread and you will see the picture of it) get a clean cloth and soak it with the glass cleaner. scrub out the whole seat..do not do just one part as it will cause it to show color imperfections. then let it dry....

correct me if i am wrong..there is a chemical in the glass cleaner which is also used for dry cleaning clothes..which is why i guess it works so well

Re: help with my seats

I used to use the Blue Coral cloth and velour seat cleaner. Came with a blue cap that had a "scrubber" built in. That used to clean the velour seats in my F-150 and my Shelby really nice. Just bought that at an autoparts store local to me...

Re: help with my seats

I did a search for the thread with more info on the Zep product you mentioned, but I couldn't find it.

The only Zep window cleaner offered at the Home Depot in my area is the one below.

ZEP - Zep Glass/Tinted Window Cleaner Concentrate 3.78L - CA1052128 - Home Depot Canada

I am not sure if its the same stuff or not.

I took my truck and snowmobile trailer to the local truck wash bay, trying to do something good like cleaning the truck turned into a nightmare. I guess the guy ahead of me was washing his semi truck, and he got grease or something nasty all over the hose, then the hose rubbed against various parts of me during the course of washing everything, and I hopped into the truck and got it EVERYWHERE. My wife tried her best with a cleaning product we picked up locally, but I think it only made things worse. It did manage to get the grease off, but now there are massive spots where the cleaner was sprayed that look terrible.
