Which wheels would be correct for a 2006 Titan?

I know the difference is the offset but they are both showing up in my results on discount tire directs website when i search for wheels for my truck.
Which would be the proper wheel to run?

Also,
Would I be alright running 275/60-20 tires on these wheels with no suspension modifications done to my truck?

Both offsets will work on your application with tire size 275/60-20. The difference is the placement of the wheel and tire assembly. The -6mm offset will set the assembly just slightly past the fender well. The +25mm offset will keep the assembly tucked inside of the fender. Right now the 20x8.5 -6 Predator is sold out and there is no current eta on a new shipment. We do however, have plenty of the 20x8.5 +25 Predators in stock.
