Goodyear Duratrac Sizes

do you know if gy may be planning on offering the duratracs in more sizes? i'm considering them, but they don't currently offer the size i'm looking for. thanks!

Yes, Goodyear is planning to expand the size line up for this tire. The DuraTrac is new tire this year so it will take some time for Goodyear to build all the molds. What size are you looking for? I can try to check for a release date for you.

i'd be looking for a 295/70/17 or a 285/75/17. something close to a 34" tall tire. thanks!

they do offer them in 315/70/17

i'm installing a mini lift and using my stock 17" OR rims. i know the 315's aren't recomended for a 7.5" wide rim, but i'm wondering if those would work...

Not without a bigger lift and the proper width wheels. This is a fairly new tire though so maybe they'll build a 295/70R17 sometime soon. That would be a good size for them.

Best option I show is the 285/75-17 Nitto Terra Grappler. This model/size has been approved to work on your factory wheels.

thanks, but i was wanting to try something different than the terra grapplers. i may try the 315 duratracs. i don't mind trimming the pinch weld. there are quite a few folks running that size with a mini lift. i've got some time before i need to buy though, so it's still up in the air.

The mini lift will let you clear 325/65/18, but has anyone tried them yet. I know they are new but i don't see any reviews at all

I wouldn't say its impossible but it would definitely be a challenge. As far as I know you can clear a 325/60R18 with a mini lift, proper wheels and a little trimming but a 325/65R18 would put you in a whole new category of modification with just a mini lift.
