My dads going through his mid life crisis and kicking around the idea of getting the new gt500. We are going to take a look at them.

Did you get that from Red Line? Mild tune for them is different heads, different cams, cat back, pulley and slicks. Yup very mild. No tune in the world would make a 4000+lb 116 trap speed car run 10s

I saw one at 119 with a 1.9 60'. both you and I would trap higher if we span more also. I might hit 117-118 on street tires now but def not on DRs

exactly. Kinda disappointing. The CTS-V with 30 less HP is running the same times. Hell even the 2010+ GT500 is running those same times and trap speeds. I deff want to see what the 2013 GT500 is going to do. Watch it fall flat on its face also lol

I hope not lol. Hopefully placing an order on one this week. Its not that easy so far. The allotments that the dealers have around here have the orders filled. I called a bunch of dealers yesterday but getting an answer on Sunday wasn't going to happen. Should find out something more today.
