Weston Nissan in Weston, FL

So far I give them a 1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They Suck big time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I doubt they will redeem themselves, but if they do there is always an edit button.

I had a Hummer H2 before this Titan and the dealer service at the Hummer dealer was excellent.

At this Nissan dealer you cannot find to many people that know much about anything. If they don't know then they should just say "I don't know". But don't lie to me and then blow me off when you get cought in your lies.

This pertains to the sales department.

I got mine from Lokey Nissan in Clearwater. They were the 3rd dealer I went to, Autoway was first, then Ferman in Tampa, wound up getting the deal done at Lokey. They gave me the most for my trade and had the best selection of Titans of all 3 dealers. Had the deal done inside of 2 hours, and was out the door quite happy!

I also get my service done there too, they seem knowledgable and their "VIP" club thingy I somehow got enrolled in gives me oil changes for $9.95!

I rate that dealer a 9. Very friendly staff, salesman was great. No shananigans whatsoever.

Titusville. Eh. Got what I wanted for a good price. But I also asked for some touchup paint and Big tow mirrors. Paint for free, mirrors to buy. Was assured I'd get paint and quote for mirrors. Never got a price for the mirrors, even after asking 3 times and as for the paint, he called me to ask where to ship it. The address on my loan and registration I guess weren't plain enough and I told him the address anyway but still haven't seen it two months later.

Give him an 8 for locating vehicle for price, 2 for other customer service, and no rating for mechanical service, as I haven't tried him.

Purchased at Naples Nissan via. Amy Henning thru the internet. EXCELLENT dealership, very polite, treated me with respect. I rate Naples Nissan's salesperson and manager 9.9 Haven't had service there yet, but will in the future I am sure.

As for Sutherlin...."If it says Sutherlin, then you paid too much !!" I first went to Sutherlin and to make a long story short, the sales manager told me that I WOULD NOT find the Titan that I was wanting for the price that I wanted to pay in the State of Florida. He was wrong !!! Naples Nissan came thru right on the money.

I rate Sutherlin's sales person: 4 The sale's manager: -10 Service: 8 Yes, I have had Sutherlin's service dept. do a oil change and tire rotation for me at a fair price. There service techs seem to treat the customer with respect and they are prompt. Only had service once, hope it continues.

Greetings "Red Alert" & "FdngFrnzy"

My local dealer

This Titan is the fourth vehicle I had purchased from my dealer "MikeShadNissan" of Orange Park. Boy did they hook me up with this last truck. While waiting so ever patiently for the paperwork to get done, I was invited to their lunch so that time may pass quicker. I have referred three other people who also purchased a vehicle and they too are 100% impressed with the service. This includes their repair service team as well. If anyone is in the area of Orange Park (Jacksonville) contact Gary. He is the Manager of used cars but not limited to used cars. Please let him know that JC Cardwell sent ya. He would get a kick out of that.

I got my XE from Sutherlin in Fort Myers last June.
The day I went there for delivery, they hadn't put the console/seat in so I had to come back the next day. When I got it home, I noticed a plastic part on the back seat and discovered it was a plate fitting on the bottom rear of the console- it was broken and they just put it on the seat without replacing it. I took it back to be replaced.
The first time I went to use the back seat with my grandchildren I noticed the bottom corner of the seat behind the driver was torn. A mpmth ago. I noticed the upholstery cloth on the sides of the console/seat was coming loose from under the plastic cap and that one of the shock absorbing pads under the lid of the console was missing.
I took it over there last week, they kept it for a day, and told me they have ordered a new console/seat and a new seat bottom for the rear. They say it will take a max of 3 weeks for the parts to come in.

The Jury is still out on Sutherlin.

Thumbs down Reed Nissan Orlando

Purchased mine through the internet dept. and got a great deal but everything from there on out has been downhill. Not impressed with the customer service or the people who work there. I give them a 4.

When they sensed that we may walk and not come back, they backed down a bit and presented us with a good deal and let us have the time we needed to make our appointments and to think about our buying decision.

When we we returned, we were welcomed promptly and warmly. We had to set a time to have the hitch installed and, when my wife took it in, the service staff were very friendly and courteous, and we were provided with a rental car for the duration of the installation (turnaround about 24 hrs later).

T J Bernal was our salesman - very friendly and enthusiastic. Tell him Michael Dubyak sent you if he should ask (they say they will give me $100 for each referral so let's see if they stick to their word - not to mention if you do and they pay me, I will cut ya in for $25! ).

I agree. Great dealership. That's where I bought my 02 Pathy.

Sutherlin Nissan in Ft. Myers.......Sales rates a zero. Service an 8. Shopped for my 03 Maxima and paid ALOT less ay Naples Nissan. Shopped again for my Titan and even though I told them I was going to buy that day...and told them I bought my Maxima elsewhere they still wanted retail numbers. I emailed Naples and they offered invoice in their first reply one hour later. Another hour later I was signing the papers. Stopped by Sutherlin on the way home and the salesman just shook his head and said he couldn't control what numbers the sales manager came up with. Had Sutherlin do the brake fix (turned rotors only) and the experience was ok.

I was bent on getting an LE CC 4x4 Big tow OR , but after reading alot here I'm leaning heavy towards an SE with the same options.I've been quoted numbers hovering around 32k from Classic Nissan here in Orlando, Deland Nissan ( I used the old " He told me he could give it to me for this price" trick. ) and 36k at Reed just this week past on an LE . What prices are you all near Orlando paying would be just as helpful to me as the ratings.

I've also considered buying used. I've seen LE's with nav/dvd and moonroofs for 33k and if I buy from a private owner I can get a little tax relief assistance with some clever purchasing of seperate items , like 2000.00 floormats.

Thumbs up

Jenkins Nissan

I have looked at all of the pickup trucks for the past 3 months and clocked @ 100 miles in test drives, The TITAN for a year but I did not want a 1st. year truck.

My 92 F@Rda f149 $x$ POS on Fri. 5/27/02 at 6:30 pm overheated a 1/2 mile from NISSAN.

I walked into NISSAN and saved + $4000.00 off and at 11:30 pm. YES “pm” ME AND MY TITAN ARE ON THE WAY HOME.

I don't live in Florida, but just after I bought the truck I drove to visit my in-laws in Tampa. I had to get an oil change while I was down there and went to the Bradenton dealership. Ever since then I have received mail and coupons from them for all sorts of service and warrenty work. You would think that an Illinois address would be filtered out of their mail system after 18 months.

They were nice enough for the hour I was there, but I doubt I would drive back there for service.
