I got my titan and my wife got her murano from West Palm Nissan within a week of each other and used the same sales guy, who I believe was also Don as mentioned by the original poster of this thread. Good service and a very good price. They were easy to deal with and when there was a descrepency from the first contract to the second they were quick to fix the issue. I have since been taking my truck to Napleton Nissan in Palm Beach Gardens since they are closer to my work for having any warranty service done.
I use my co-workers husbands shop to do any routine maintanence which is North Palm Japanese Auto Care. Her husband and brother in-law started the shop after leaving the lead tech and service management positions at Napleton.
It occured to me that a lot of people come to Titantalk.com looking for information that will help them decide whether to buy a Titan or not. Also, for those of us who have already taken the plunge a little feedback about your dealer experience can help with our future truck buys and service.
So, how about telling the world the name of your dealer, and your salesperson if you want, and feel free to coment on anything you feel needs to be said.
Then, rate your dealer 1 - 10. 1 being purely awful -- 10 being perfect.
I bought my Titan from West Palm Nissan. My sales person was Don ?. I bought my Truck via the Internet so I only met the salesman for about 10 minutes.
I've had my truck since the 6th of December so I haven't had much contact with the dealer so far. Based on the deal they gave me and their efficiency so far I'd rate them at 7. The real test will come when it comes time for service. But, so far, so good.
I went to West Palm Nissan to look for a Titan I walked around for 1/2 hour and looked at all the Titan trucks and nobody would help me so I left and purchased one from Charlies Nissan in Ft Pierce,Fl. The service is above average but not even close to my Lexus purchase which I traded in for the Titan.

This is the first vehicle I have ever purchased in Gainesville. Traditionally, we need to head out of town to get the best deal. We've purchased vehicles in Orlando, Ocala, and Jacksonville. I had been to the Ocala dealer, and had Internet quotes from 7 dealers around the state. I was ready to drive to Deland or Jacksonville to get the best deal when I thought that I would call Gainesville Nissan and see what I could do there. After all, the truck I wanted was in Gainesvillle and these other dealers were going to get the truck from Gainesville and I would have to put miles on it by driving it back.
To my surprise, I was able to walk out of the Gainesville Nissan dealer with my truck with absolutely no hassle and at the price I wanted. I saved many thousands of dollars by shopping around. I called them and asked for their best Internet price. They beat everyone up front except for the Consumer Reports wholesale price. When I arrived, I decided that I would ask for a price that split the holdback with me getting the rebate (got my own financing). They said ok. To this day, I wonder what was up with that- it was too easy. But, I went in on the last day of the month during a thunderstorm and I was the only one in the whole place. I got the fully loaded truck with everything on it except satellite radio for an unbelievable price. I have not seen anyone reach that price point yet on Edmunds or any of the other websites where people post what they paid.
As for service, we'll see. Not had to go there yet. I've heard horror stories from past management.
got mine in Maroone Nissan of Kendall in Miami, Florida. Negotiation took about 3 weeks. i liked the service, the sales guys was nice and patient. didnt like the finance guy much...he pissed me off. overall its good. got a good interest rate. hey im 22 going to 23 with good credit....so they say
"jew you down???" Don't you mean something else or are you helplessly retarded?
Yea, you don't try to get the best deal you can, blockhead. You're a tragic subhuman example.

I get my service done at Hill Nissan in Winter Haven Florida and they seem ok, the parts guy is real cool though and will bend over backwards to get you stuff. He is the one who makes that place.
I bought mine at Ferman Nissan in Tampa. I hate dealerships with a passion, but Ferman was outstanding. They left me alone for awhile which made me very happy. When I was finally approached, the salesman had a zero pressure approach and was very down to earth, not arrogant and a know it all like most salesmen are. I would definitely buy from them again.

Bought mine @ Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland, FLA - rate them about a 7. Sales guy was new & ignorant but the rest of the crew was top notch - even detailing the truck after closing so I could drive it home that night.
For service I head to Venice Nissan in Venice FLA - rate them a solid 9! Would have bought from them as well but they were not willing to bring the truck I wanted from Lakeland. Had some minor interior issues (console came apart), replaced the defective radio (bad tuner), replace tailgate handle/surrounding black plastic & fixed the blinking 4LO light. All done in about 2 hours - first trip/hour to dianose, second trip to fix all probs.
Purchase - - 7
Service - - Started out at 10, down to a 7ish. Have got me a rental car a couple of times. I actually live closer to a diff dealer, but they tried to charge me to do the TSB on the braker (turn rotors at 80 each, lol). So the attorney general took care of them.

Courtesy Nissan in Tampa absolutely sucks NOB(Nissan of Brandon) is not much better. I bought my Titan over the internet through Lake Nissan in Leesburg great deal but haven't been back. I take my Titan to Courtesy for service, man they suck...
I don't live in FL anymore, but I did have a good experience with NOB. Bought my last Nissan truck from them before the Titan. Got a great deal on it. That was a few years ago. I avoided the Tampa dealers -- didn't like their high-pressure sales. At the time, NOB was different.
TitanBob - I was down the road from you. Lived in Valrico, just off Valrico road north of SR-60.
First experience with Sandy Sansing (Pensacola FL) left a bad taste in my mouth. Didn't fix the problem I originally brought it for. Instead, they turned the front rotors and installed new pads. They had the truck from 0800 untill 6.00 P.M. and were putting the finishing touches on it when I arrived at 5:30 P. M. to pick it up. I have another appointment to see the services manager on Tuesday, the 30th...

purchased mine at mike erdman motors. Great experience, a good friend of mine was the salesman, and I have to say I have the best service advisor in the world. The whole experience was great.
I got mine last night at Ferman Nissan in New Port Richey. I have two words "They Rock!" I have never gotten a better price or service from any dealer like these guys.
