I missed it also! I've been trying to see if anyone wanted to pitch in and buy the uprev tuner for our trucks and split the costs.

Im also up for anyone who can do it in the area!

If he's talking about the Cipher Software from Up Rev, it's a data logger with ability to advance timing and readjust RPM.

I had planned to go, but then quickly realized the day before that I had made prior arrangments.

Also, the lift was not hard at all. My biggest issue were the cam bolts being seized in the lower a-arm bushings. We had to cut them out....beware, nissan does NOT sell lower control arms bushings for the titan....you have to buy the whole a-arm ($158) a pop

The shop youre thinking of is east coast customs. He isnt bad, but he only really does chevy lifts (he will go pay some schmo to do the lift for him at a percentage of what you pay.

For the PC lift all you really need is a decent impact, torque wrench and standard metric socket kit.

Its the software/hardware needed to do the timing advance. It costs around $400 for the kit.

Re: I missed the old town meeting

Yeah 1500 is a definate rip....700 is still high but not unreasonable..I'll prolly check with 4 wheel parts and see if I can get a deal or at least get a discount if I buy some other stuff. I put the mini-lift on myself and it was cake, but I dont have an impact wrench or anything like that for the pro-comp lift, plus I work different shifts and have a 2 year old at home so its hard for me to get a free weekend to do something like that.

Capt, I talked to my buddy that helped me put on my lift. If you get the procomp ( I got mine for 1340 shipped from 4wheel parts) we can throw it on for you. Send me a PM with what you're willing to pay and your contact information if you're interested.

Lift would be done in Melbourne and would be done on a weekend (we work weekdays).

Re: I missed the old town meeting

See if you would have made it to the meet you would have been able to talk shop with one of about 5 big a$$ lifted titan owners and compare pros and cons of of each lift. March is only around the corner.

Re: I missed the old town meeting

Its pretty easy man, I cant offer my buddies help without him getting any cash and hes the one with all the tools. Also hes a mechanic for the school board...so he knows his stuff.

I dont have the tools, but if you can scrounge them up I can lend a helping hand for some beers.

I almost forgot, if you or anyone you know has PAFB access...you can go to the base and rent out a bay with tools....
