I hear ya there!! But if it does come out I will be waiting a few years for the bugs to be removed as well as the better option to come out. But F will it be hard not to trade my 07 off as soon as the first one lands in a showroom.

I guess my slight complaint is just that the options you can get on the titan now are so mutually exclusive. In the original line-ups you could essentially pick and choose what you wanted on your truck with-out having anything excluded automatically. don't get me wrong i love the new interiors it's just the fact if you choose option A you can't get option B and option C doesn't have what you want either. maybe i'm just being to picky tho.

Believe it when I read about it or see it. Its been my experience the dealers are the last to be clued in to what the manufacturer is planning.

yeah, i've heard that. that does suck. i'd just tell the dealer to put what i want in it or i ain't buying. they're desperate to make a sale i'm sure telling them a particular item missing is holding up the deal will get them to do whatever it took to get it installed... lol

Re: 2009 titan?

Is Nissan going to partner with Dodge?

I heard the next titan could be a re-bodied Ram. Nissan is only looking for about 5% of the fullsize market. I think they are at 3.24% or something like that

Re: 2009 titan?

I heard that's what the trade off was. Nissan gives them a small car and Dodge gives them a fullsize.

Re: 2009 titan?

I'll keep my 07 for at least five more years, and by then the entire truck landscape will have changed.

Are you serious?... a Ford!?!? you must be crazy! the Cummin's is legendary! If Nissan could get that in the Titan say good bye to chevy, ford, gmc! Sure there are nice features that the ford and others have but personally i wouldn't trust a diesel if so many had theirs BLOW UP on them before they could get it home!

Re: 2009 titan?

Honestly, my truck already has MORE than enough power. I'm happy the way it runs now. I'll WANT a new one when they come out, but I won't NEED one, so I'll be hanging onto mine for awhile, regardless. Looking forward to the new offering though.

Dont take this the wrong way, I love this truck but I had way less problems with my 2004 F-150 but this truck has way more power than FORD and thats why I love it. My dad had a Dodge truck once and we went thru 3 trannys in one month and we never abused it at all, hardly ever floored it.

Don't worry i'm not taking it the wrong way. The dodge tranny has all sorts of problems but the deisel itself is bulletproof.
