First bow kill ever!
well i got my first bow kill yesterday. i have 20 acres leased on a pecan orchard in south texas. i shot her about 5.40pm yesterday even. went thru one shoulder, got her heart, and stuck into her other shoulder. she ran about 80yrds when she fell. she was about 9-11yrds away when i shot her. im shooting a pse dream season evo 70lb draw, carbon express arrows, luminok and the new rage 2.3" mechanicals.

I've been waiting for a buck, but I have this weekend and 1 in January left to hunt, I have now come to the point that if it has a whitetail and 4 legs, it's getting shot at.

I hear ya
 to the OP, how bad was your adrenaline?? I must admit my first bow kill was a doe as well and it was way more exciting than any buck I have killed with the rifle. Must be the up close and personal aspect of it I guess.

Congrats Lifted! It is a hell of an accomplishment killing a deer with a bow, not to mention having them that close to you and being able to draw and kill. Your hooked now.
