Sconi Food Plot

Here is a picture of my northern WI foodplot that I put in this year. It is about 30' x 70' and is a mix of Buck Forage oats and Frigid Forest's Wildlife Buffet (mostly clover). This picture was taken last Sunday about 3 weeks from planting.
Since I had to carry everything in, it is not likely to get much bigger.
The treestand is up and waiting for October.

Re: Sconi Food Plot

Looks great!!!
I prefer smaller, out of the way plots myself. I think the deer feel a little safer in them.

I overseeded a couple of my clover plots a couple of weeks ago with winter wheat, it is already up a couple of inches.

I replanted my 1/4 acre plot this week with a clover blend, with some brassicas mixed in for good measure then overseeded it with wheat also.
If mother nature cooperates with some rain it should be good to go by the time muzzleloader season rolls around.

Again, nice looking plot Larry. Good luck!!!!!

BTW, i'm outta here, going to the lease to set the camper up and do some scouting. See you guys Monday.
