think you can handle the recoil

Watch as these retards try to handle the recoil of the .577 T-Rex magnum. Pay attention to to the towel heads.

Re: think you can handle the recoil

The way some of those shooters held that butt stock was like they were firing a .22. There are going to be some bruised biceps and I'm surprised no blood was drawn or noses broken.

Re: think you can handle the recoil

The shape/design of the stock guarantees a strong kick...just like the Winchester 94.

I have a .500 magnum pistol with almost as much kick as that rifle, except the recoil is in your hands, not shoulder....Get ya some!!!!

Re: think you can handle the recoil

you gotta love the towel head that loses his towel off of his head when he squeezes the trigger. I have a .454 Casull that kicks almost as much as ur 500 mag. But that recoil is more than any pistol. They use that gun as a safari gun for hunting big game such as cape buffaloes, hippos, and other big game.

Comments: never heard of a 900 Nitro...but I have shot some of the older Nitro Doubles...not a pleasant experience.

Eric: A Win 94 in 44 mag is a puny cartridge when you factor in a 18" barrel, plus the stock has a shotgun butt (flat). Come on over and shoot a Win 1894 in 38-55 with a curved buttplate...that's a bit harsher than any 44 Mag.

And then you can step up to a Win 1886 in 45-90...or a "killer on both ends" Win 1895 in .405 WCF.

Bring along you Pass Recoil Shield...you'll need it!

WOW - that one on the left is almost artillary! The only way I would try to shoot something that used ammo that big is if it was bolted to the bow of a ship or something else really stable!
